Private Rental Terms and Conditions

 

We have 3 total auditoriums to rent. 132 seats or 274 seats.

 

Your rental is for 2 ½ hours total (30 minutes to gather, visit, purchase concessions) and 2 hours for the running time of your movie.  If your movie is longer than 2hrs we will need to bump your start time into the 30 min gathering time! We have other movies scheduled after your group so Please be aware of your rental time.

 

Times we rent are:

Monday–Thursday evenings 6:30pm or 9pm

Saturdays at 1:00pm and 3:30pm.

No cancellations.

 

Movie selection is any movie we currently are playing at the time of you rental (we will not know until the week before what we will be playing) or you can bring your own DVD or Blu-ray (no 4k) .

 

We do not have a party room, your party is the movie!

            No outside food or drink. This includes, water bottles, cupcakes, treat bags, etc.

            No decorations inside the auditorium!  Balloons are allowed in the lobby.

 

There will be a fine of $150.00 for any member of your party who climbs, dances, or places anything on the stage in front of the screen!

 

Please be mindful that we will be having other movies playing at the time of your rental so noise levels and running around need to be kept at a minimum.
